Trinity girls take win into showdown with Heritage

Trinity Christian’s girls basketball team geared up for tonight’s GISA Region 1-AAA opener against rival The Heritage School with a 48-41 victory at home Thursday over Oak Mountain behind a pair of double-doubles from Lady Lions players.

Sara Bryan and Ashley Caldwell led three Trinity players in double-figures as the team improved its record to 6-4 overall.
