Totally wrong: To the liberal who said Bush does nothing but paint his dog: He and his wife visit wounded troops and host them at their home. All Clinton does is steal money from his own foundation. What humanitarian work has Clinton done? No whining allowed: A newspaper is a business with employees to pay. Everything in life is not free. If you want your local news, cough up a few bucks. Many big newspapers are going all digital to access the full stories and the subscriptions are very expensive.

Near stupidity: How cowardly and dumb does one have to be to not recognize that the Affordable Healthcare law will speak for itself. If it helps people, fine. If not, win an election and get rid of it. But to put the full faith and credit of the USA at risk to bully the voting public repeatedly is by definition insane.

Keep it up: I love to read John Winters’ column each week. It is fun to read about the LBD and the SONS of Thunder. There is enough complaining and heavy articles that outnumber the feel-good articles.

Pretzel logic: How twisted is your thinking when no health care and economic disaster is preferred over a legitimate affordable healthcare law and a vastly improving economy?

Tea Party Patriots: Patriots do not seek to extort the will of the majority for political gain. Nor would a patriot ignore due process and the rule of law, which they cherish, trying to embarrass a president they simply don't like. Abide by the election results, and govern for the good of the people, not the party. Earn respect the old-fashioned way (winning elections) not through legislative trickery.

Stop the insults: Seems to me that the right-leaning people only can get their point across by insulting their opposition. Speaks volumes.

Get a better degree: The 2008 college graduates who supposedly can't get a job at minimum wage should have gotten a degree that was useful in the workforce instead one of those underwater, basket-weaving degrees.

Get the story right: President Bush may be painting pictures of his dog, but he sponsors bike rides and golf outings at his ranch for wounded soldiers. He is helping soldiers who have been wounded protecting us.

Control the chief: If I went before the media and claimed to be representing you, wouldn't you deserve a say about what I said? That's why Grantville should have been able to control what its police chief did.

Raise the wage: Why does increasing minimum wage require greater skill and productivity of workers to justify higher pay? Do employees who get a cost-of-living raise suddenly have to have greater skill and productivity to justify it? No. Increasing minimum wage is just a long overdue cost-of-living raise.

Great fair: If you missed the fair, you missed a good one. Entertainment for all ages and great rides and great food. Everything was clean. Great way to help support the community.

No global warming: My husband made a comment about the AP article on global warming. He said, "AP stands for All Propaganda.” Time Magazine’s edition of Sept. 23 notes that the amount of ocean covered by ice has increased by 60 percent in the last year. None of the global warming predictions come true.

Crazed Left: You would think that Liberals would be totally embarrassed by Obama's total incompetence, outrageous lies and childish behavior while in office. But they are not. It is just more evidence of “What is wrong with these people?” is a legitimate question. 2016 is a lock for Ted Cruz.
