• American Deli, 1053 Bullsboro Drive, Suite C, Newnan, was inspected Feb. 1. Current score: 94-A. Previous scores: 97-A on July 20 and 91-A on Jan. 13, 2011. Inspector's comments: Dried particles on knife stored in knife holder. Tea urn stored on walk-in cooler floor. Build-up on floor drain in front of fryers.

• Grantville Senior Center, 123 LaGrange St., Grantville, was inspected Jan. 27. Current score: 94-A. Previous scores: 91-A on June 8 and 96-A on Sept. 28, 2010. Inspector's comments: Mold on hose inside ice machine. Water on floor behind dishwasher. Coffee stirrers stored with first aid kit.

• Jasmine Tea Room, 8861 Highway 54, Sharpsburg, was inspected Jan. 31. Current score 95-A. Previous scores 96-A on June 25 and 95-A on Dec. 9, 2010. Inspector's comments: Mold on drop area of ice machine. Light bulb inside walk-in freezer needs replacing.

• Longhorn Steak House, 1112 Bullsboro Drive, Newnan, was inspected Jan. 24. Current score 91-A. Previous scores: 96-A on June 20 and 91-A on Dec. 29, 2010. Inspector's comments: French onion soup 46 degrees F. inside walk-in cooler, cooling began at 9:30 a.m. now 4 p.m. -- soup failed to cool in a total of six hours. Rice stored in cooler drawers 48 degrees F. Rice began cooling at 9 a.m. yesterday -- rice failed to cool in a total of six hours.

• Moreland Surplus and Sales, 3481 Highway 29 South, Moreland, was inspected Jan. 27. Current score 92-A. Previous scores: N/A. Inspector's comments: Cheese, coleslaw, other ready to eat foods not date marked. Sugar not labeled. Dispensing utensils not stored properly.

• NCG Cinema, 55 Fischer Crossing Blvd., Sharpsburg, was inspected Jan. 31. Current score 94-A. Previous score: 91-A on June 23. Inspector's comments: Need sanitizer test strips. Need ventilated drying rack for air drying utensils and equipment. Box of straws stored on floor. Box of candy stored on floor. Current inspection report not posted.

• Papa John's Pizza, 90 Glenda Trace, Suite P., Newnan (Thomas Crossroads), was inspected Jan. 30. Current score: 95-A. Previous scores: 91-A on June 28. 94-A on Dec. 20, 2010. Inspector's comments: Missing wall tiles, hole in wall. Dried particles on slicers.

• Planet Smoothie, 109 Newnan Crossing Bypass, Newnan, was inspected Jan. 30. Current score: 100-A. Previous scores: 99-A on June 29 and 99-A on Dec. 27, 2010. Inspector's comments: Looks great!

• Taco Mac, 301 Newnan Crossing Bypass, Newnan, was inspected Jan. 30. Current score: 95-A. Previous scores 92-A on June 28 and 97-A on Dec. 28, 2010. Inspector's comments: Drawers having problems maintaining temps. Lids stored upside down. Dumpster doors open, needs cleaning.

• Yumi Asian Fusion, 354 Bullsboro Drive, Newnan, was inspected Jan. 24. Current score, 93-A. Previous scores, 96-A on June 28, 92-A on Dec. 28, 2010. Inspector's comments: Repair lid on lift-top cooler, walk-in freezer door iced up, preventing proper closure. Basket stored in handwash sink. Need handwashing signs. Rice scoops stored in water, 67 degrees F., bowl stored in soy sauce.
