Drink syrup spilled on floor, drops of syrup on ceiling, non-drink contact surface of drink dispensers have syrup build-up. * Canongate Elementary School, 200 Petes Road, was inspected on Dec. 9 and received a 99-A. Previous scores were 99-A on May 20, 2011 and 99-A on Dec. 10, 2010. Inspector's notes: Rusty walkin cooler racks, peeling paint on wall near dishwasher, stained ceiling tiles in storage room. * China Chef Buffet, 67 Bullsboro Drive was inspected on Dec. 14 and received a 98-A. Previous scores are 96-A on April 12, 2011 and 98-A on Oct. 20, 2010. Inspector's notes: Stained ceiling tiles, damaged floor tiles inside walkin freezer. Buildup hood filters. Wet stacked glasses. * Coweta Charter Academy, 6675 Highway 16 East, was inspected on Dec. 13 and received a 100-A. Previous scores were 90-A on April 26 and 92-A on May 23. There were no inspector's notes.
* Dairy Queen, 1700 Highway 34 East, was inspected on Dec. 13 and received a 88-B. Previous scores were 99-A on Oct. 23, 2010, and 100-A on May 19. Inspector's notes: Employees wore rings with stones. Employee cut bananas with bare hands. * Eastside Elementary School, 1225 Eastside School Road, Senoia, was inspected on Dec. 13 and received a 99-A. Previous scores were 99-A on April 26 and 100-A on Dec. 6, 2010. Inspector's notes: Dust on fans in walkin cooler and vent grates near dish machine. * Frank's Family Restaurant, 1188 Collinsworth Road, was inspected on Dec. 15 and received a 97-A. Previous scores were 96-A on Aug. 12, 2010, and 96-A on April 8. Inspector's notes: Liftop cooler temperatures slightly elevated, cooling down. * Green Demon/Coweta Club, 300 Arbor Springs Parkway, was inspected on Dec. 15 and received a 95-A. Previous scores were 99-A on April 16, 2011, and 99-A on Aug. 12. Inspector's notes: Mold on deflector shield of ice machine, particles on slicer, mixer neck, glass washer in bar not reaching proper temperature. Soda syrup on floor behind soda machine, gap at back door sweep. * Los Gordos, 1485 Highway 34 E, Suite C2, was inspected on Dec. 9 and received a 95-A. Previous score 86-B on May 19. Inspector's notes: No CFSM employed at this time. Single service containers not stored inverted. * Northgate High School, 3220 Fischer Road was inspected on Dec. 9 and received a 100-A. Previous scores were 100-A on May 20 and 100-A on Dec. 16, 2010. Inspector's notes: No violations.
