Inspector's comments: Mold on drop area of ice machine; dried particles in wedger, slicers. Split gaskets. Move pasta wrapped in plastic to flat pan to cool. Broken glass and mold in bottom of glass cooler in bar area. Dirty dishes stored on floor at dish area. Bulb not shielded inside walk-in freezer. Cracked floor tiles inside walk-in freezer. Walk-in freezer iced up around fan. Butter 52°F-discarded. One box of lettuce stored on cooler. Open bag of brown sugar. Leak around handle of handwash sink in ladies' room.

Dumpster needs plug; trash around dumpster. Ice scoop handle touching ice; mold on deflector shield. Box stored above uncovered fruit inside pass-through freezer. Butter buds open and rolled down packages. Mop bucket stored in dry storage room near packaged food. Gloves and aprons stored in cage on rack with chemicals. Need sanitizer in wiping cloths-corrected.
