* China Kitchen, 90-H Glenda Trace, Newnan, was inspected Oct. 31. Current score, 87, B. Previous score, 71, C. Inspector's comments: Do not store raw meats over vegetables or other ready-to-eat foods (in the walk-in -- chicken over celery, fish over vegetables; and in the reach-in -- shell eggs over sauce without cover). Store cloths in sanitizer between uses. Do not store raw meats in grocery bags. Replace reach-in freezer lid.

Inspector's comments: Employee wearing bracelet on arm -- food service employees should not wear jewelry on hands and arms except on smooth ring such as wedding ring. Need lid for waste receptacle in ladies room.
