Inspector's comments: Open employee's coffee cup stored above prep table where food is being prepped -- employee's cup needs lid and straw; do not store above prep table. Unpeeled onions stored near clean plates. Dry foods in containers and single-service items stored on floor -- store items off floor. Chipping paint above prep sink.

* The Score Sports Bar & Grill, 80-K Newnan Station Drive, Newnan, was inspected Oct. 23. Current score, 94, A. Inspector's comments: First-aid supplies stored on shelf with single-service items. gloves stored on shelf with chemicals -- corrected. Split gasket. Cooler door panel peeling from door. Tape on warewasher. No light inside walk-in cooler. Bulb not shielded. Stained ceiling tiles and light shields in prep area. Cracked floor tiles. Holes in wall.

Employee handling other vegetables with bare hands -- no bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. Dishwasher not producing sanitized dish. Split gaskets on coolers. Wet-stacked dishes. Food stored in open cans. Bowls stored in dry foods with handled scoops -- take bowls out of food. Unused equipment in dumpster area.

Label all foods out of the original container with common name. Do not store chicken on floor in the walk-in cooler. do not stack containers of prepped food without cover between. Do not prep meat in the dish sink. Store cloths in sanitizer between uses. Use scoops with handles -- no bowls. Store scoops with handle-up in flour. Do not store food in cans once re-opened. Do not store food in grocery bags. Repair reach-in freezer lid. Paint or seal wood at reach-in cooler. Spoke to owner about complaint.
