Dairy Queen, 61 Jefferson St. in Newnan, was inspected Aug. 10 and received a score of 95-A. Previous scores are 91-A on Dec. 7, 2011, and 97-A on April 29, 2011. Inspector’s comments: Can opener had particles on it. Cups used as scoops.

Espresso Lane Inc., 22 West Court Square, Suite A, downtown Newnan, was inspected Aug. 10 and received a score of 91-A. Previous scores are 96-A on Dec. 20, 2011, and 95-A on May 18, 2011. Inspector’s comments: Raw eggs stored on top of ready to eat muffins, fudge, wine.

Subway, 1010-C Highway 34 East, was inspected Aug. 9 and received a score of 91-A. Previous scores are 99-A on Jan. 9, 2012, and 99-A on May 10, 2011. Inspector’s comments: Salami 44 degrees, ham 47 degrees. Cold temps not 41 degrees or below. Meatballs 124 degrees, must be 135 degrees or above.
