From Staff Reports

The Episcopal Youth Community at St. Paul's Episcopal Church held an EYC Bonfire on Jan. 29.

The youth enjoyed special music, prepared dinner and took time to reflect on hopes and resolutions for 2012. There also was time for prayer, and plans were made to check on the results of resolutions at another bonfire in March or April.

Children's choirs will be singing at the church in coming weeks. The Young Singers are in Pre-K 4 through first grade, and the St. Cecilia's Singers are in second through fifth grades. Worship is held at St. Paul's each Sunday at 8 and 10:30 a.m.

Singing will be -- Feb. 12/May 20, Young Singers and St. Cecilia's; March 11/April 29, St. Cecilia's; March 25/April 22, Young Singers.

The two choirs will also present a program on April 29 at 6:30 p.m. with a children's reception to follow.
