New Life changes name
New Life Baptist Church has a new name.
The Grantville church is now Disciple Community Church. The change comes with a new logo that symbolizes the commitment of believers to follow Jesus Christ.
Disciple Community is also sponsoring Live Music Worship every Saturday at 7 p.m. Church member Dwayne Cook said the Saturday event is for people who "love music and praising God -- or if you are a musician or singer and want to praise God." Every artist will receive a free, professional, live CD.
