Killmeier to sing tonight at Collector's Corner

Baritone Bill Killmeier will be singing in concert on the theme “Hymns my Mother Taught Me” today.

He will be singing at 6:30 p.m. at Paris in a Tea Cup at Collector’s Corner near Sharpsburg. For information and reservations, call 770-254-0101.

The Peachtree City resident also sang there on Friday. Killmeier has performed at Central Baptist Church in Newnan.

After graduating from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, N.J., he was selected as soloist and member of the U.S. Army Band and Chorus in Washington, D.C.

After his enlistment, Killmeier continued his singing career in Germany where he sang for nearly 10 years as a full-time house soloist in various theaters.
