Unity to commission FAITH Riders

From Staff Reports

Unity Baptist Church has added the smell of exhaust and the vroom-vroom sound of tailpipes from motorcycles to the church’s active ministries in order to bring others to Christ.
FAITH Riders is a nationally organized ministry than has more than 200 chapters in Southern Baptist churches. The mission of this group is to provide an atmosphere in individual churches that will provide the average motorcycle enthusiast an opportunity to share his or her passion with a “ wholesome group to ride and associate with,” according to Unity’s pastor, Phil Pilgrim.
Unity will commission the FAITH Riders group on Feb. Sunday at 5:30 p.m.
