Mr. Roy "Bubba" Thompson Jr.

Mr. Roy "Bubba" Thompson Jr., age 59, of Palmetto, Ga., passed away June 4, 2009. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Thompson Sr., and sister, Judy Thompson. He is survived by his daughter, Hollie Drake and her husband, Cem, of Fayetteville; mother, Drusilla Thompson of Palmetto; uncles, Joe Thompson and his wife, June, of Newnan, Henley Phillips of Palmetto; aunts, Frances Garrett of Palmetto, Estelle Thompson of Palmetto; and a host of cousins. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 7 at 3 p.m. at Ramah Baptist Church with Rev. William O. (Bill) Priester and Rev. Ralph Bobo officiating. Interment Holly Hills Memorial Park.
