Mr. Cornelious (Jack) Rousey

Mr. Cornelious (Jack) Rousey of Newnan (formerly of Fairburn) passed away June 7, 2009. Mr. Rousey was a member of Campbellton Baptist Church and a retired owner of Miller Lumber Company in Atlanta. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Rousey and is survived by his daughters Jo Beckham and her husband Dennis of Newnan, Sandy Booker and her husband Raymond of Newnan; son Del Powell and his wife Watis of Sandy Springs; grandchildren Melissa Beckham, Brooke Childers and her husband Peter, Michael Powell and his wife Sarah, Allison Thompson, Caitlin Thompson, Chad Beckham; great-grandchildren Devon Childers, Chelsea Beckham, Cameron Childers, Jacob Childers, Kylie Thompson, Sophia Powell and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Rev. Joey Rainwater officiating. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Park.
