Mrs. Erma Mae Bishop Gaddy

Mrs. Erma Mae Bishop Gaddy, age 80, of Newnan, Ga., died at Avalon Health and Rehabilitation on June 11, 2009. She was born in Coweta County on August 30, 1928, to the late Clarence Bishop and Mary Kellum Bishop. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, James Gaddy, and two children, Jessie Durham and Alvin Stitcher; siblings, Oliver, Davis, Tommy, Grady, Francis and Earlene.

Surviving are her son, Ricky Durham; daughters, Charlotte Marshall and Virginia Dutra; brothers, Clifford Bishop and his wife, Marie, of Senoia, Harold Bishop and his wife, Florence, of Senoia, Lloyd Bishop of Franklin and Leonard Bishop of Moreland; sister, Myrle McCullough of Newnan; grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Richard Clay officiating. The family will receive friends at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until service time.
