Helen Irene Banks, 82, of Fayetteville, Ga., formerly of Newnan, Ga., died Nov. 4, 2009. Funeral services will be Friday, Nov. 6 at 2 p.m. at Liberty Baptist Church, Fayetteville. Remains in state at 1 p.m. until time of service. Burial Camp Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. at C.J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, Ga.

George S. Frederick, 75, of Luthersville, Ga., died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at Avalon Health & Rehabilitation Center in Newnan, Ga. A memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 6 at 10:30 a.m., St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. McKoon Funeral Home, Newnan, Ga.

Alma Ward, 90, formerly of Grantville, Ga., died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, in Decatur, Ga. Viewing is Thursday, Nov. 5 from 2 until 8 p.m. The family will receive friends 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Roscoe Jenkins Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral is Friday, Nov. 6 at 2 p.m. at Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Moreland. In-state viewing will begin at 12:30 p.m. Burial in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Luthersville.
