Herman Watkins, 79, of Hogansville, Ga., died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 16, in the chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with burial in the Grantville Cemetery.
