Funeral service for Louise Sprinkles Chastain, 89, of Gay, Ga., will be held today, July 31, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Smith-Steele-Meadows Funeral Home in Woodbury. Interment will follow at Crouch Cemetery in Gay.

Robert George Paggett, of Atlanta, died July 28, 2008, at Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1 at New Springfield Baptist Church, 2560 Sylvan Road, East Point, Ga. Burial Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Atlanta. The family will be at 2886 Renfroe Drive, Atlanta. Thrash and Sons Funeral Home, Hogansville, Ga., in charge of arrangements.
