Coweta Education Notes: Applications available for Emory summer camp for gifted youth

The Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) is accepting applications for its host a residential camp for academically talented students ages 9-17 at Emory University June 23-July 13.

Campus Preview Day for the University of Georgia’s Griffin campus is Feb. 12 from 5-7 p.m. Prospective students are invited to learn about academic programs, meet students and staff, tour the campus, enjoy refreshments and have a chance to win a raffle prize. RSVP at www.uga.edu/griffin .
