Fairburn’s Southside Theatre will open auditions for its May production of “Wait Until Dark” Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 18 and 19, at 7 p.m. both dates.

“Wait Until Dark” by Frederick Knott is the story of a cool-as-ice-psychopath smooth talking his way into the home of an unsuspecting, recently blinded housewife. Unbeknownst to her, she is harboring a dangerous prize, and he’ll use every trick to get it. Spend an evening on the edge of your seat with the genre Hitchcock made classic. This psychological thriller probes which frightens us more – the evil you can see coming, or the one you can’t?

Auditions will be held at the theatre, 20 West Campbellton St. in Fairburn. Auditions will consist of cold readings.
