Start the year off right at the Central Library with yoga — the perfect way to exercise and rejuvenate.
Join the Coweta Public Library System - Central Library for a series of classes with yoga instructor Donna Owens.
Classes are held on Thursdays at 11 a.m. and begin Jan. 17, with classes following on Feb. 14 and Feb. 28, March 7 and March 21, April 11 and April 25, and ending on May 2.
Classes are open to all regardless of experience.
While the program is free, registration is required and patrons must provide their own mat. To register or for more information, visit the Adult Services Desk at the Central Library located at 85 Literary Lane in east Coweta or call 770-683-2052.

Feb. 14 session is Partner Yoga — partners can be family members, a spouse, or a friend. The class is open to all, regardless of experience level.
