City of Senoia's charter change challenged

Regular business went smoothly at Monday’s meeting of the Senoia mayor and city council, but the meeting’s adjournment to executive session was delayed by lengthy comments from a citizen who advised he had contacted state officials to complain about the way city business is conducted.
