Jaylen Bradlee Calhoun, age 4, is battling a neuroblastoma (brain tumor) and bone cancer. His family has established a medical account in his name at the Bank of Coweta and appreciates the community’s support.
Jaylen, born Sept. 11, 2008, is the son of Alexandria Calhoun, and the grandson of Anthony Barnett and Cynthia McDaniel Calhoun, all of Newnan. He was diagnosed with the neuroblastoma in May.
Through treatments at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Scottish Rite and Egleston, Jaylen is a lot better.
“It has been a fight for this young man as he was classified as a stage 4 cancer patient,” said his grandfather Anthony Barnett. “He has come a long way in these few months and still has got a long way to go.”
Donations to the fund can be made at any Bank of Coweta branch in care of Jaylen Calhoun. The family thanks donors and asks for them to “continue to pray for Jaylen.”
