Time change tonight; set your clocks back

From Staff Reports

Cowetans and those across most of the United States get an extra hour of sleep tonight, as we “fall back” and daylight saving time comes to an end for 2012 early Sunday.

Daylight saving time for the U.S. — except for Arizona and Hawaii — began March 11 and officially ends Sunday at 2 a.m.

With the switch back to Eastern Standard Time, remember to move clocks back one hour before retiring for bed Saturday.

Which way to move clocks can be remembered with the saying “Spring forward, fall back.”
