Doug Stone, Corbette Jackson to perform in Newnan benefit

A Nov. 17 benefit concert for cancer patient Korey Latham will highlight country singers Doug Stone and Corbette Jackson.

Gates will open at 11 a.m. for the concert, to be held at Drake Stadium at Newnan High SChool. Vendors will offer food and activities for children, including pony rides.

A car show will be held the same day.

Korey Latham is a toddler battling a neuroblastoma. Total event proceeds will go to Korey’s family for medical and related costs.

Children under 4 are admitted for free to the event. Tickets are $20 for adults, and $12 for children ages 5-12. Tickets may be purchased at the gate or at www.causeforkorey.weebly.com .
