Coweta County authorities are continuing to search for a 77-year-old man listed as missing since last Thursday.

Roger Jarold Arnold was last seen near the area of Roscoe Road and Leigh Avenue around 4 p.m. Thursday. Arnold was wearing a checkered or plaid coat, jeans, blue and white shoes and a gray hat at the time.

Authorities have issued a Mattie's Call, which was set up by the Georgia General Assembly in 2006 and is an emergency alert to help locate disabled or elderly people.

Arnold is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 134 pounds with a thin build. He has brown eyes and balding black and graying hair. He does not have teeth and wears glasses, chews tobacco and walks with a cane and has a pacemaker.

"We continue to search for Roger Arnold," said Investigator Chad McDonald with the Coweta County Sheriff's Office on Monday. Anyone with information should contact the sheriff's office at 770-253-1502.
