Andy Brown will preach Sunday at Unity

Andy Brown will be coming home on Sunday.

Brown will preach at the 10:45 a.m. worship service at Unity Baptist Church on Sunday.

Brown grew up attending Unity Baptist and was licensed to preach therein 2005.

After graduating from Newnan High School in 2005, Brown enrolled at Truett-McConnell College in Cleveland, where he received his associate of sciences degree.

He then enrolled at Kennesaw College, where he received a bachelor of science degree in psychology in 2008. While attending college in Kennesaw, Brown was mentored by Dr. Charles Stanley at First Baptist Church of Atlanta and served on the FBC staff part-time.

Stanley led the ordination service for Brown on Feb. 13, 2009. Brown graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a master’s degree in divinity in May 2012.

Currently, Brown serves as pastor at Morrisville Baptist Church in Morrisville, N.C. He and his wife, Katie, have a daughter, Adalee.
