"We are asking all women to wear something pink," Menchan said.

The second event will be a Calendar Tea at on May 19 at 2 p.m. "Each table will be decorated to represent a holiday taking place that month," Gay explained. "We will enjoy tea and crumpets."

Tickets for the Calendar Tea will be $7 each.

"Our third program will be our Women's Month Revival. We will have three dynamic speakers who are ministers of the gospel," Menchan said. Services will start at 7:30 p.m. from May 21-23.

Preaching will be Sharon Wilkes of Rocky Mt. Bethel Baptist Church and St. Peter Baptist Church, Stephanie Keith of Bethel Heard Baptist Church and Donette Senior of Enunanuel Outreach Ministries.

Organizers said the month's activities were planned with women in mind. "From uplifting your soul with spiritual food to providing food for your physical body, our goal is to help restore Christian women back to Jesus Christ, our rightful owner," Gay said.
