The Newnan-Coweta Historical Society will feature elegant and diverse homes on this year’s annual Spring Tour of Homes on April 28.
Homes on tour this year have been selected to reflect the community’s unique heritage and appeal. This year’s theme is “Homes through the Ages.” The tour will feature seven beautiful homes each with its own unique charm and history.
The tour begins at 2 p.m. and will go until 8 p.m. This year will also include the addition of trolley tours at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Tickets for the tour are $15 and $25 for the tour and trolley ride. Trolley riders will be regaled with local history and folklore with light snacks provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early to be seated.
In addition to the tour this year, tickets for the “Costume Gala” at the historic 1840 Bolton-Camp House are $25. Attendees will enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and music as they enjoy this magnificent home, one of those featured on the tour. Tickets are limited so please reserve early. Period costumes are encouraged.
