The voter fraud issue

It is the birthright of every America citizen to vote. Some choose not to, some look the way and laugh, but most citizens vote.
In 2010 Republican leaders promised to root out voter fraud in America. According to the Republican National Committee, fraud had spread across this great country and must be stopped. Many now elected officials ran on that premise that secured their election.
So far, 32 states which have GOP-controlled state legislatures have passed laws to stop voter fraud but making it difficult for anyone to vote. But many of the states could not provide any information to help support their claims of widespread voter fraud. Here are a few examples:
— North Carolina: 6.4 million registered voters -- 331 voters are questionable.
— Colorado: 3.5 million register voters -- 11,805 voters were in question. They were found to be citizens, now 35 are questionable.
— Georgia: 301 cases of election fraud. No voters were in question.
— Florida: 11.4 million register voters -- 180,000 voters were questionable, reduced to 2,600 and finally only 207 voters are now questionable.
— Pennsylvania: This state has some of the toughest voter ID laws and could not produce any voter fraud information at all.

Now the RNC on Sept. 27 fired a firm they were using to register voters in key swing battleground states of Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Colorado and Nevada. The reason: The firm was committing voter fraud.

How is it possible to create a black eye on the very foundation of the Constitution -- that every citizen is provided the right to vote.

It reminds me of a phrase in a child’s fairy tale: “Mirror, Mirror on the wall.”
