We need more religion
Why are so many people against religion? It seems to me we need religion now more than ever.Read the papers, watch the news. What do you see? Crimes and evils of every conceivable nature committed by all members of society – including clergy, law enforcement, government, people of all races, creeds and colors, seniors and juveniles. And who are the victims? All of the above and sadly, mostly innocent people who just want to peacefully go about their business and be left alone.
If you look past the pomp and ceremony, the glitter, the glitz and the oratory, religion is simply saying we should behave ourselves and “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” and “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Is that so hard to understand, so hard to do?
