Mr. Emory Randolph "Randy" Phillips, 52, of Senoia, Ga., died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010. He was born in Oxnard County, CA, to Emory Jace Phillips and the late Jeanette Linton Phillips. He served in the United States Army from 1975 through 1979 as an expert marksman. He worked for McMaster- Carr Supply Company as a maintenance technician.
The family will receive visitors at McKoon Funeral Home Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, from 4 until 6 p.m. The graveside funeral service is Monday at noon at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks contributions be made to Heartland Memorial Fund, In memory of Emory R. Phillips, c/o Heartland Hospice, 115 Huntington Park Dr., Fayetteville, GA 30214.

In addition to his father, he is survived by wife, Catherine Phillips of Senoia; sons, Derek Phillips of Orlando, FL, Matthew Phillips of Senoia, Kevin Phillips of Senoia; sisters, Cheri Phillips of Alvaton, Charlyn Shepherd & her husband Gary of Sharpsburg; and niece, Gaelyn Shepherd of Sharpsburg.
