Mr. James K. Lockhart
Obituary
Mr. James K. Lockhart, 58, of Newnan, Ga., died on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009. He was the second of eight children and born to James W. Lockhart and the late Teena Lockhart of Rapid City, South Dakota.
Jim was an amazing father and husband. To those who knew him, he brought a sense of humor to any occasion and was incredibly intelligent. He attended the School of Mines & Technology in Rapid City, South Dakota. He moved to Newnan in 1983, then owned and operated a business while starting a family. He was known for his problem-solving skills and helping friends in need. He will be forever missed by all his family and friends.
Mr. Lockhart is survived by his wife, Sue, and children, Jace Noteboom, Trevor Lockhart, and Chalin Lockhart. In addition to his wife and children he is also survived by his father, James W. and his wife, Liz Lockhart, and Jim's siblings, Sandy White Shield, Paula Long Fox, Gemma Lockhart, Kevin Lockhart, Stasia Spurrier, Justin Lockhart, and Tauna Dowling.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 14 at St. George Catholic Church at 10 a.m. A wake will follow at the Lockhart residence.
