Obituary
Mary Lester Odom Lewis, 89, of Grantville, formerly of Winder, Ga. died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009 at Newnan Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born Jan. 1, 1920 in Alabama to the late Oscar and Retta Payne Odom. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband Roland Lewis; brother Foy Odom; children Robert Eugene Lewis, Lester Earl Lewis, and Linda Faye Lewis.
The funeral is Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009 at 2 p.m. graveside at Melwood Cemetery in Stone Mountain, Ga. with Rev. Tommy Worthy officiating. The visitation is Monday evening between 5-9 at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson St, Newnan, Ga.

She is survived by her children Dorothy Jo Chambers, Sarah Lee Parker, W.T. Lewis, Mary Jane Huff, Oscar Wayne Lewis, Michael David Lewis, Donnie Lewis; sisters Ruth Lewis, Pearline Lewis; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
