Mr. Howard Hill Henderson
Obituary
Mr. Howard Hill Henderson, age 57, of Newnan, passed away Tuesday, November 3, at Southern Regional Hospital in Riverdale.
Howard is survived by his three children, Carley, Joshua and Joseph Henderson.
Howard was born and raised in East Point, Georgia, before moving to Newnan in 1989. He received his college degree from West Georgia University and went on to teach school at East Coweta Middle School and Arnall Middle School until his retirement. Howard was a gifted artist, a lover of history, films and animals. He was an adventurer at heart, having traveled extensively through the western United Sates. He was much loved and will be missed.
A memorial service is being held at Mt. Carmel Methodist Church in Newnan at 2 p.m. today, November 6, 2009. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Atlanta Humane Society in Howard's name. Arrangements by Wages & Sons, Stone Mountain Chapel, 770-469-9811.
