Mr. James Millard Eaton III
Obituary
Mr. James Millard Eaton III, age 48, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2009. Jim was born on January 19th, 1961, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Dr. and Mrs. James M. Eaton Jr. of Newnan. He is survived by his parents and his sister, Wimberly Eaton Jessup. In addition to his family, he leaves Jennifer Davis Eaton, his wife of 15 years, and their three children, James Millard Eaton IV, Russell Davis Eaton and Eva Marie Eaton, to cherish his memory.
Jim, a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity at the University of Georgia, was a graduate of West Georgia College with a BA in Spanish and Marketing. Fluent in Spanish, he spent his career in International Sales. Jim was known for his sense of humor, his ability to tell a story, and the fact he never knew a stranger. However, he will be best remembered for his devotion to his family, his children and his close friends.

A memorial service will be held at McKoon Funeral Home in Newnan, Georgia, on November 9, 2009, at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jim's honor to the First United Methodist Church at 33 Greenville Street, Newnan, Georgia, or to the Jim Eaton Memorial Fund at the United Community Bank, 1300 Capital Circle, Lawrenceville, Georgia, 30043.
The Jim Eaton Memorial Fund will support a new Library for the Sugarloaf Montessori School where his children go to school.
