Obituary
Mr. Charles A. Cassell, of East Point, Ga., died Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009.
Mr. Cassell, a retired archivist for the National Archives, was preceded in death by a son, Don Cassell, and is survived by his wife, Evelyn Cassell; a sister, Judy Hardegree of Newnan; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Newnan, with Mr. Al Prater officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Assn., 17 Executive Park, Suite 115, Atlanta, GA 30329-2012, or the American Heart Assn, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
