Ms. Betty Jo Henley


Ms. Betty Jo Henley, 50, of Carrollton, GA, passed away May 17, 2013, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.

Ms. Henley was preceded in death by her father, John Alford Blair Sr. She is survived by her mother, Geraldine Neill, Palmetto; son, Jeffrey Bivins, Marietta; daughter, Brandi Shirah, Newnan; brothers, Junior and Melissa Blair, Whitesburg, David and Theresa Blair, Whitesburg, Ricky Neill, Carrollton; sister, Pat and Rusty Johnson, Newnan; 1 grandchild, Nicholas Shirah; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 23, at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel with interment to follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Palmetto. Pastor Terry Calhoun will be officiating. The family will receive friends at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel tonight, Wednesday, from 6-8 p.m.
