Margie Ree Edwards, 76, of Clanton, Ala., died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009 at her residence. Friends will be received noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10. Graveside services will be Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m., Martin Memorial Cemetery. Martin Funeral Home, Clanton, Ala.
Lillian E. Horn, 96, a life-long resident of the Sargent community in western Coweta County died at Newnan Hospital Nursing and Rehabilitation on Nov. 8, 2009. Funeral services will be today, Tuesday, at 3 p.m. at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home. Burial Oak Hill Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home Monday, 6-8 p.m.
George Wesley Leak, 62, of Newnan, Ga. died Friday, Nov. 6, 2009 at Hospice LaGrange in LaGrange, Ga. The funeral will be at Grace Point Church, Montgomery, 1 p.m. CST on Wednesday, Nov. 11. Graveside services will be 4:30 p.m. EST at the Fairview Cemetery in Valley, AL. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. EST at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley, Ala
Donald W. Roberts, 76, of Greenville, Ga., died Monday, Nov. 9, 2009. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Greenville Baptist Church, with burial in the Greenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5 until 7 Tuesday night at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home, Hogansville, Ga.
Maria Jane Wilson, age 45 of Gay, died Friday. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, at the Rutledge City Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home on Monday, 5-7 p.m. Higgins Hillcrest Chapel, Newnan, Ga.
