Death Notices
Funeral services for Quincy Bohannon, of Newnan, will be Sunday, Oct. 18, 2009, 2 p.m. from Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. Remains will be placed in state at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery. Viewing will be Saturday, 2-6 p.m. Arrangements are being handled by Roscoe Jenkins Funeral Home.
Willie L. Colton, 63, of Newnan, formerly of Luthersville, died on October 14, 2009. A funeral service will be on October 18 at 2:30 p.m. from Zion Hill Baptist Church in Luthersville. Visitation is today, October 17, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Sewell Mortuary.
Jean Louise Nylander, 83, of Commerce, died Thursday, October 15, 2009, at Hill Haven Nursing Home. Graveside services will be Sunday, October 18 at 2 p.m. from Jackson Memorial Gardens. Burial will follow in Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6-8 p.m. Little-Ward Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ann Hunnicutt Turner, of Palmetto, died October 16, 2009. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 18 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends today from 5-9 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory.
