Mr. G.P. Wingo Jr.

Mr. G.P. Wingo Jr. of Newnan, Ga., passed away July 5, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Sara Ann Wingo, and is survived by his son, Robert Wingo and his wife Ellen of Newnan; sister, JoAnn Johnston of Newnan; brother, Edward Wingo and his wife Marcia of Newnan; grandchildren, Robbie Wingo and his wife Nicky of Newnan, Richie Wingo and his wife Brandi of Newnan, Shannon Barnhart and her husband Tom of Griffin; great-grandchildren, Sierra, Regan, Bailey, Rhett, Seth, Foxster, Victoria, Jackson and Ellie; and great-great-granddaughter, Chloe.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 8 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Boyd officiating.

Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
