Mr. Harold Lindsey Robinson

Harold Lindsey Robinson, age 87 of Moreland, GA, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2013. He was born on May 21, 1926, to the late James Frank Robinson and Bannie Lee Craven Robinson.

He served during World War II in the United States Army. He worked in the hardware business for many years in the Newnan area. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Jim Robinson, Carl Robinson; sisters, Louise Sewell and Hattie Capes.

He is survived by his brother, Charles N. Robinson and his wife Mary Frances of Canton, GA; many nieces and nephews and other members of extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Oakhill Cemetery. Chaplin Lemora Dobbs will officiate.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to The Alzheimer’s Association 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 550 Atlanta, GA 30346 www.alz.org.
