Jonelle was the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Willie Ed (Dorothy Reese) Bussie. Jonelle was born on May 6, 1947, in Moreland. This little girl had an anointing on her life. She would grow up to be a fine young woman and a faithful servant of the Lord. She loved her family. She enjoyed entertaining her family and friends with her home-cooked meals, but her greatest love was serving her church. She was a very caring and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Jonelle impacted the lives of everyone who knew her with her heart of gold, gentle spirit and infectious smile.

Jonelle was educated in the Coweta County School System. She joined Scotts Chapel CME at an early age, which later merged with Clark Chapel.

She was joined in Holy Matrimony to Willie George Bell on July 27, 1967.

Jonelle was employed at Tredegar Corporation — Bonnell Aluminum — for 43 years. Jonelle was a faithful and dedicated member of Clark Chapel UMC. She was a member of United Methodist Women, Sisters Bible Study, President of the Senior Choir, Chairperson of the Kitchen Committee, member of the Finance Committee, member of the Staff Pastor Parrish Relations Committee, and Recording Secretary for Administrative Board. She also designed and printed the church bulletins.

Jonelle was preceded in death by her son, Lonnie; parents, Mr. & Mrs. Willie Ed (Dorothy Reese) Bussie; brother, Mr. Gerald Cleveland; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Isaiah (Leola) Reese.

Jonelle leaves to cherish her loving memories: devoted and loving husband, Willie George Bell; one loving daughter, Reverend and Mrs. Julian (Vanessa) Warner; one loving son, Mr. & Mrs. Donnie Bell; seven loving grandchildren, Mr. & Mrs. Germond (Jillian) Walton, Alkina Warner, Mr & Mrs. Aldolphus Amey, Derrius Bell, Jawanna Bell, DeMarkus Bell, and Julian “Jay” Warner, Jr.; five great-grandchildren, Alivyah Walton, Al’Lexia Amey, Ezra Bell, Alexander Amey and Anilah Bell; five loving sisters, Mrs. Gladys Bell, Mr. & Mrs. James E.
