Mr. Ricky Addison

Mr. Ricky Bob Addison, 63, of Newnan, passed away on Aug. 18, 2014, at his residence. Mr. Addison was born on Nov. 5, 1950, in Newnan to the late Willie Addison and Cora Bell Gann Addison. He loved to play golf and enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Atlanta Braves. Mr. Addison retired from the United States Postal Service as a city mail carrier.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Donna Addison; his two daughters, Marie Addison of Newnan and Amy Lambert and her husband Allan of Crestview, FL; brother, Steve Addison of Newnan; sisters, Diane Humphrey (Jeff), Jacksonville, FL, Barbara Lyons (Louis), and Shelby Addison, also from Newnan. Mr. Addison is also survived by two grandchildren, Addison Grant Rivard and Aidan Lucas Capes.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. this evening, Aug. 20, at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel Funeral Home. The Reverend Winston Skinner will be officiating.
