Mrs. Thelma Virginia Malcolm Burnham

Mrs. Thelma Virginia Malcolm Burnham passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014, at Newnan Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was born in Gay, GA to the late Willie M. Malcolm & Essie McGuirk Malcolm. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Dorsey Burnham; sons, George Moore, Rodney Moore; grandson, Chad Moore.

Mrs. Burnham was a member of First Baptist Church of Moreland and was a previous member of Mills Chapel Baptist Church. She was a bookkeeper at the Kmart distribution center for many years.

The graveside service will be Tuesday, July 29, at 11 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Chuck Novak officiating. The visitation is Monday 6-8 p.m. at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson St., Newnan.

Survivors include grandchildren, Malcolm (Misty) Moore, William (Crystal) Moore, Lee Moore, Jeri (Billy) Light and numerous great-grandchildren.
