Ms. Mary Frances Peek

Ms. Mary Frances Peek, age 82, of Peachtree City, died at Piedmont Newnan Hospital on May 13, 2014. She was born in Fayetteville on April 9, 1932, to the late Henry Spratlin Sr. and Martha Jones Spratlin. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Gene Peek. She worked for Playtex.

Surviving are her son, Jimmy Peek of Peachtree City; daughter, Elaine Byrom (Earl) of Sharpsburg; brother, Walter "Doc" Spratlin of Senoia; grandchildren, Joanne Shumate (Rick), April Peek, Earl Byrom III, Andy Byrom; 5 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 15 at the funeral home with Rev. Paul Campbell officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ms. Peek may be made to Pleasant Hill Cemetery Fund at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Senoia.
