Mr. Mark Anthony Tidwell

Mr. Mark Anthony Tidwell (1964-2014), Kennesaw, GA, formerly of Newnan, went home to be with his Lord Friday, March 21, 2014, at his home in Kennesaw.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, a daughter, two granddaughters, two brothers, and his parents formerly of Newnan, Rev. and Mrs. Bob Tidwell (Patty), plus many extended family members. Mark was for many years a coach and teacher. His most recent ministry was with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Metro Atlanta, plus his own ministry, “Leave A Mark,” being author of a book by that title, and speaking to thousands around the country concerning his five-year battle with cancer. Family will receive visitors at the Wildwood Baptist Church, 4801 Wade Green Road, Acworth, GA, 5-8 p.m. Friday, March 28, and the celebration of his home going Saturday 11 a.m.
