Mrs. Nancy L. Calderon

Mrs. Nancy L. Calderon, 69, of Newnan, Ga., a native of Ecuador, passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014. Born in 1944, she is preceded in death by her father, Carlos Mera Sr. She was an active member of St. George Catholic Church, Newnan.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Pablo Calderon of Newnan; sons, Douglas & wife Teresa, and Pablo Jr. and wife Lola. She is also survived by her mother, Esperanza Mera; grandchildren, Adrianna, Nicole, Erika, Daniel, Adrian; sisters, Rita & Carmen; brothers, Pepe, Lino, Carlos, Miguel.

Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Knights of Columbus.

Funeral service will be 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6 at St. George Catholic Church with Father Henry Atem & Father Jesus David Trujillo officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday prior to the service from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church.
