Mr. Esric W. “Jack” Chappell

Esric W. “Jack” Chappell, 88, of Riverdale, formerly of Peachtree City, passed away Jan. 24, 2014. He was a WWII and Korean War Navy Veteran and served on the U.S.S. Alabama. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Chappell. He is survived by his daughter Cricket (Mike) Chitwood of Sharpsburg; grandchildren, Todd (Millie) Day of Fayetteville, Suzanne (Michael) Williams of Senoia, Kristi (Phil) Colston of Peachtree City, Rusty Huddleston of Sharpsburg, Eric Huddleston of Forest Park and Matthew (Kathy) Huddleston of Senoia; great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Rebecca and Dylan Day all of Fayetteville,Chase and Parker Williams of Senoia, Kassidy and Caroline Colston of Peachtree City, Austin and Jolie Huddleston of Sharpsburg and Hunter and Hayes Huddleston of Senoia; great-great-grandchild McKinlee Williams and sister Bernice. A funeral service will be held today, Monday, Jan. 27 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City. Reverend Franklin Treadwell will officiate.
