Mr. Pete Pritchett Jr.

Mr. Pete Pritchett Jr., 84, of Newnan, GA, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013, at Doctor's Hospice in Fayetteville.

Born Nov. 23, 1929, in Coweta County, Mr. Pritchett was the son of the late Pete and Carrie Vaughn Pritchett. He was a veteran of the Army, retired from Olsonite Corporation, and was a lifelong resident of Newnan.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Grace Prichett of Newnan; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Sue Moore of Luthersville; grandchildren, Brad and Christal Moore of Newnan and Charity Moore of Grantville; and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Oak Hill Cemetery, with Mr. Charles Wright officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville.

The family would like to thank Piedmont Newnan Hospital and Doctor's Hospice in Fayetteville for their care and kindness during Mr. Pritchett's time of sickness.
